FREE SHIPPING anywhere in the continental US with orders totaling $100 or more, otherwise just $7.49.

We reserve the right to ship by whatever method we choose - generally UPS Ground.  UPS Ground does not ship to PO Boxes, rather they call you to let you know that your package can be picked up at there nearest facility, so when possible, please use a physical address.

If you require special shipping or handling additional charges may apply.  

Returns Policy

Electrical parts cannot be returned. Other unused items can be returned within 7 days for a full refund less shipping charges. Items must be returned in their original packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs in the event that the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If the item arrives damaged please let us know immediately so that we can send you an undamaged item and file a damage claim with the shipper.  Damage claims often are limited in time and we cannot be responsible for unreported damage.

You should expect to receive your return credit once we have received the returned item(s) in good condition. 

Return Process

If you need to return an item:

1. Go to "My Account" and sign in.  
2. Select "Completed Orders." 
3. Click on "Return item(s)" for the order you would like to return.  
4. Select the requested "Qty to Return" for the item(s) you wish to return.
5. Select a "Reason" and a "Return Action." 
6. Click on "Submit Return Request".
7. Send the items to be returned to the following address (also shown on the returns confirmation page). Be sure to include your order number.
