Carrier GAPCCCAR2025 Replacement Air Filter

Filter is changed yearly and works great. Only problem I have experienced is removing the old filter from the air filter unit. There is a small white pull strap to be used to remove the old filter. Every time, I pull the strap to remove the old filter, the strap breaks apart from the old filter. Again this happened this A.M., and trying to remove the filter is difficult as the area where the strap was attached leaves a hole. I then try to use the hold to remove the filter and all it does it breaks even a larger hole. By the time the filter is removed much of the cardboard is lifted and missing from the side.

Several years ago my wife and I decided care for our newly born grandchild instead of our daughter sending him to a daycare. We starting buying the special Carrier Filter from Home Sergeant because it cheaper than the local price from a Heating Contractor. 9 years later our house always is pleasant inside because the Filter continuous to do a great job of cleaning the air inside. BTW, I suffer from Hay Fever but the filter really helps any harmful airborne particles.

I've used the Carrier filter from Home Sergeant for years now and my house has never been cleaner. I installed the Carrier system because a member of my family has asthma and I've never regretted it. Very little dust and the Atlanta April pollen storm doesn't affect us anymore. The filter can go for a year but I change it every six months. Those big box store filters are virtually useless. This one is worth the money and then some.
