customer service is worth its weight in gold
Home sergeant is cost competitive (actually cheaper) with others, BUT the customer service aspect sets it apart. James is very professional and knowledgeable. The product was shipped in a way that protected the filters from damage. Other companies have sent me stuff not protected and the end result is the filters need to be sent back. I am a Home Sergeant customer for life.

Good filter for the $$
Have been using these filters for over five years and they seem to be a performing properly. Have 2 Boxers who come into home which requires changing filter at least every six months as expected. Return air to unit is in the kitchen where the dogs stay, when not allowed into the rest of our home.

Nice filter but too expensive. and no choices
This is the only filter that can go in my Carrier system, and no one other than Carrier produces them - thus a price that is about 4X what it should be. That said, Homesergeant is always the low cost on-line seller for me. And Homesergeant fulfillment process is quick and reliable. Kudos to them. But $180 a year for 2 air filters? That's a budget buster. Shame on Carrier.

Great Filter-Excellant Shipping
We have been using this filter since our new installed unit about 5 year ago. This filter will last right at 1 year. I can always tell when it is time to change, when I see the dust on furniture, but before that dust free and clean air. The price is about the same as other vendors. The shipping usually only takes about two or three days after I have installed my last filter and placed a new order.

Best price for a great filter!
We bought a house with a fancy Carrier filtration system on the HVAC. Thank goodness I discovered Homesergeant! They certainly have the best price for these filters. Because we completely turn off our HVAC during the temperate spring and fall (3-4 months), we're actually able to use the filters for 1 year. When we do change the filters, it is obvious they have been collecting unseen particulates.
