    Arrived on-time, but slightly damaged

    I purchased this filter from Homesergeant in the past, and will probably again. The filter arrived on-time, but slightly damaged. One of the straps that hold the filter to the cardboard frame was disconnected. I re-attach it myself - not sure it it will hold.

    I reodered two boxes of EXXPXFIL0016 recently. When the order got to my house, it was the 0025 and the wrong size. I called Home Sergeant and the right filters was sent to me in two days. Thanks for the fast response!
