I wrote an earlier review in which I received a damaged filter within an order of 5 (smashed during shipping). Within 2-3 days I received a replacement. I didn't have to ask! Great service, and I will be reordering when I need more!

Bad shipping. Good product.
Be careful with shipping, I ordered 5 and the corner of the box was smashed so one filter is damaged!!!!! _______ Response from HomeSergeant Customer Service _______ Our apologies for the shipping damage to your order. Best Filter, Price and Service!
This is a great filter. It is advertised to change at least every 6 months to a year. When mine turn grey and look dirty I change them and that's every 3-4 months. Buying by the box of 5 saves on price and I always have them on hand. Have ordered from Home Sergeant many years and find their price is the best...even beat Amazon's price by $10.00 for this last order. Service is excellent...you will receive them in just a few days.
