The shipped product has less pleates than the one shown on the web page. To me, more pleates means better filtration and efficiency and I am willing to pay more if I get the same good product. The one shipped to me is not what I expected and it costs less from other suppliers. Even though my furnace is not new, it's amazing how much dust,dirt and cat dander, clog the filter. The product cost is higher, than the average, and even with a moderate MERV #11, they need replacing every 2 months. Dirt! Homesargent should get 5 stars...fast and good. Knowledgeable and helpful.

This is my 2nd purchase of these filters from Home Sergeant. Their price was unchanged from 2017 on these Honeywell brand filters. I received them as promised & undamaged. The transaction was easy & quick on their website. I will remain a repeat customer!

Been buying these filters for several years now. They work great and have had no problem with them.

Being very wide and made very well, it is truly an excellent air filter and keeps the air in the house clean and safe.

I sure home these are real Honeywell MERV 11 factory filters and not knock-offs. The packaging is not what is shown in the picture as the cardboard print is black only and not in red and black like my old ones. I hope someone from HOMESERGEANT will contact me and assure me that these 5 are real HONEYWELL and not the junk that others on Amazon are selling which are poorly manufactured and NOT 'replacement' filters! The product you purchased is a Honeywell OEM filter. You are correct to ask if the product is genuine, as there are many knock-offs sold online. Some aftermarket filters may not meet the design specifications required for your air cleaner. All the products that are listed as genuine OEM on our site are as described. We do not substitute.
