Couldn’t be happy

I tried to buy this filter from another source, but they didn't deliver the real Honeywell filters pictured in their adds. Instead I got some generic knockoff that didn't even have the same dimensions as the Honeywell filters I thought I was purchasing. HomeSergeant was different and delivered real Honeywell FC100A1037 filters! I'm very satisfied with the purchase.

The shipped product has less pleates than the one shown on the web page. To me, more pleates means better filtration and efficiency and I am willing to pay more if I get the same good product. The one shipped to me is not what I expected and it costs less from other suppliers.
