    Love this company. Found them years back and being from a earlier generation used to only want to talk to customer service which were always friendly and helpful. Now I order online. Price is good, service is quick and products always arrive undamaged.

    I tried to buy this filter from another source, but they didn't deliver the real Honeywell filters pictured in their adds. Instead I got some generic knockoff that didn't even have the same dimensions as the Honeywell filters I thought I was purchasing. HomeSergeant was different and delivered real Honeywell FC100A1037 filters! I'm very satisfied with the purchase.
