Best Product, Best Price
I am certain when it comes to Carrier brand replacement filters, you get what you pay for. The filters are expensive but the quality is worth every penny. Homesergeant makes an expensive product a bit more affordable without cutting any corners.

These filters are OEM, and they are expensive. They are effective. The price I pay here is the lowest I can find, so I am pleased about that.

Well packaged
Ordered these filters from another vendor and they arrived damaged, both outside and inside box. Reordered from this vendor. Shipped quickly and came double boxed so no damage. Fit perfectly and great price. Highly recommend.

Good Product
I echo all of the positives about the packaging. The filters work well and have been appreciated when we have had smoke from wildfires. We were spared that this year, but the filters did an amazing job in the past.

OEM filters, double-boxed, arrived unscathed by shipping gorilla
First class stuff at the best price I could find. Outside box was bleeding hard, but the inside carton saved the product’s bacon. Obviously, this isn’t the vendor’s “first rodeo” dealing with shipping gorillas. The filters are identical to the OEM filter installed by factory in my new filter housing. I am a happy camper.

Excellent experience
After much review and research, I believe I made an excellent choice to purchase from this supplier. Imagine the maker of my unit does not seemingly make the filter easily available. They don't carry it. When there was an error in my address, I received a prompt call. And when in tracking thereafter why my package had not left the "supplier", (foolishly forgot UPS doesn't pick-up routinely on non-work days), I called, got my answer promptly, and was assured that all was well. Better yet, the price was by far the best for the original product. Highly recommend.
