Was not a carrier brand. Also much thinner than all the others I had purchased in the past. First, all the filters we sell are OEM as indicated on our website. Carrier owns Bryant, and Carrier has chosen to leave their branding off some of their filters rather than sell both a Carrier and a Bryant version. If you have concerns about the authenticity of Carrier/Bryant products, you may contact Carrier directly at 1-800-CARRIER The issue is that you ordered a PGAPXCAR2025. In all your previous orders, you ordered a GAPCCCAR2025. These filters are not interchangeable even though the dimensions are similar. I noticed you checked out as a guest rather than using your account. If you order from your account, you are able to review your previous order and avoid ordering incorrectly. Great filter and I keep the paperwork on the top of the unit.
When I change the filter, I don't worry about the filter for six months. October 15th and April 15.
