Genuine OEM replacement media air filter for Carrier 31MF020100, 31MF020, 31MF120, and Bryant 902BXX020-A and 902B. 

To maintain optimum efficiency, the filter should be inspected quarterly and replaced at least every 12 months. The filter may require more frequent replacement if the filter appears dirty to the point of blocking air flow through the heating/cooling equipment.

When replacing the filter be sure to keep the pleat spacers as they can be used for the life of the mechanical air cleaner.

    Home Sergeant is great, as well as this product. I really need to look into upgrading my HVAC system however as the receptacle for this product and the process of installation is a CHORE. Again though, Home Sergeant has been top notch, the shipping was very quick, the pricing was wonderful, and the product was as described.

    Have been paying $45. for these 39 pleat filters from a local hardware store. This price is wonderful. I imagined it was easier to thread the 39 pleats on the rack. (Probably some psychological concept at work there. ) I will be ordering these from now on.
