Genuine OEM replacement media air filter for Carrier 31MF020100, 31MF020, 31MF120, and Bryant 902BXX020-A and 902B. 

To maintain optimum efficiency, the filter should be inspected quarterly and replaced at least every 12 months. The filter may require more frequent replacement if the filter appears dirty to the point of blocking air flow through the heating/cooling equipment.

When replacing the filter be sure to keep the pleat spacers as they can be used for the life of the mechanical air cleaner.

    The filters were delivered quite fast and that was the best part. Quality of the products is great and that is important when trying to install them...because if they are of lesser quality, they will tear and that has happened to us before. Thank you for providing such quick service and quality products. Will be re-ordering when the time comes.

    the material rips very easy

    THE SERVICE WAS GREAT. ORDERED ONE DAY AND THE NEXT DAY IT WAS AT MY DOOR. THE FILTER MATERIAL WAS THINNER THAN WHAT I HAVE BEEN USED TO FOR THE PAST 13 YEARS AND WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO WORK WITH BECAUSE IT WOULD RIP WITHOUT MUCH EFFORT. I WOULD NOT ORDER THIS AGAIN.     Sloppy Workmanship

    October 1, 2013. The glue line on one edge of the filter that holds the cardbord edge with the holes, was also glued to the folded filter material next to it. The plastic combs would not line up with the pleated filter material. Part of the filter material was torn. I am using the filter, but am disappointed in the quality of the filter. As yet, I have not inspected the second filter that I received in this shipment. Homesergeant.com Response: Joe, please let us know whenever you find damaged product so we can replace the filter with one that is not damaged.

    Hard to find filter. Good product but can't buy it at the usual places with out special ordering. So might as well order it myself. Thank you for making it so easy!
