If you already have the plastic ends you can buy the EXPXXFIL0016 which is the filter only.

EZFlex EXPXXUNV0016 Replacement Filter
Easy to install. Noticed cleaner air almost immediately. (Dust on furniture decreased). Happy not to have to call the Heating and Cooling service to this same type of filter they installed a few months ago. Probably saved money also.
